What is a RRoC code?
A Rocking Romans Citizen (RRoC for short) code is a unique code specific to one Catholic organization. Each Catholic organization obtains its RRoC code by applying to be included in the Rocking Romans Citizen program. By entering the RRoC code for a Catholic organization when making a purchase of music, 10% of the total price of your purchase (minus shipping, handling, and taxes) will be shared with that organization. You are not required to enter a RRoC code to complete your purchase. The price paid for music on the Rocking Romans site does not change whether you enter a RRoC code or not. Rocking Romans offers this fundraising program as a way to support the great work of Catholic organizations around the world. We thank you for taking a few moments to learn more about the Rocking Romans Citizen program. God bless you.

Why are the MP3 files for sale on your site on the large side?
Rocking Romans seeks to deliver the highest possible quality MP3's for our customers. For this reason, all of the files available for sale on this site are 192kbps MP3's, the highest bit rate (and quality level) allowed for a file to conform to the MP3 standard.
Why is a handling charge added to purchases under $5.00?
This "small order" charge enables customers to buy individual songs with the convenience of a credit card without minimum order size requirements. It also allows Rocking Romans to support Catholic artists and worthy Catholic organizations in the process.
Why do I continue to get the option on CD music pages and the Contest pages to install Flash Player so that I can listen to music samples?
We suggest you visit the page How to fix almost all Flash Player issues on Adobe Flash Player's Frequently Asked Questions site for more information about how to address this issue. This is the overall web site address to visit for Flash Player issues.
What is your shipping policy?
Unless otherwise directed, Rocking Romans will ship orders to United States customers either First Class or Media Mail Class with the United States Postal Service (USPS). For customers living outside the United States, smaller merchandise orders will be shipped International First Class with the USPS. For shipments to Mexico, orders between 3 and 20 pounds will be shipped via International Priority Class due to USPS pricing and requirements. For shipments to all other countries outside of the United States, orders between 4 and 20 pounds will be shipped via International Priority Class due to USPS requirements. Both Priority and Express shipping options are available for customers inside and outside of the United States. Customers outside of the United States that wish to use International Priority (for orders smaller than what is described above) or Global Express shipping options must contact Rocking Romans via the Contact Us option on the web site to request a shipping quote for their order. International customers wishing to purchase orders weighing more than 20 pounds (90 or more CD's) must also contact Rocking Romans via the Contact Us option on the web site to request a shipping quote for their order. Shipping and handling charges include all postage, packaging, and handling expenses associated with each order. Rocking Romans uses only high quality packaging to provide maximum protection for customer shipments. Shipping and handling rates for Rocking Romans merchandise are subject to adjustment when changes in shipping and handling prices occur.
What is your return policy?
Due to the open formats used for the packaging of music, all sales of CD's and digital music files are final without options for return or refund. If a customer believes that they have received a defective CD, they should contact Rocking Romans via the appropriate link in their Google order receipt or through the Contact Us section of the Rocking Romans web site for instructions on how to return the CD for a disc to replace the same album that was purchased originally. The exchange of a CD for a different album than what was originally purchased is not permitted. For these reasons, Rocking Romans strongly urges its customers to review the contents of their shopping cart for accuracy before finalizing each purchase.
Who writes the song descriptions that appear on the CD pages?
The artists provide the song descriptions to Rocking Romans so that they can be shared with visitors to the site. Because there is so much depth to Catholic Music, these insights into the inspiration and meaning of the songs can unlock a deeper level of understanding for those customers who want to know more about each piece.
